The arbitral tribunal shall decide on its own jurisdiction, including any objection to the existence or validity of the arbitration agreement. 2.7 The binding effect of arbitration agreements with third parties The finding referred to in paragraph 1 shall become enforceable if it is not brought before the party within one month of receipt of the decision on costs. If, in accordance with article 38, an arbitral award is rectified or a request for rectification is made or a request for a supplement is made, a new time limit shall begin to run from the date on which the party received the decision. The Court of First Instance shall rule on the matter by way of an action for interim measures.
